This is a book that dear to my heart and I enjoyed every minute of reading it. You can really tell it is all about small town growing up, which is the best. The town is family. When I was finish I was just waiting for "Colonel Texas" to come out!
But I grew up with Marsha and fear I'm one of her charactors! I love that she's taken her time and talents to intwine the past into such fun tales. Those of us who grew up in "Dangerfield" will enjoy the memories. Keep writing Marsha and thanks for the signed copies!
Growing up in a small town or on an Army Post in the middle of nowhere can bring its' own rewards. And often does for children and teenagers looking for enjoyment where there's not much to do but chase lizards. Marsha brought back memories of the good ole' days, of playing hide and seek 'til midnight, first loves, heartbreak and tears....all through Olivia's eyes. Thanks for a great read!
